The National Human Rights Institution
receives a student delegation from the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The visit included an interactive session covering the Institution's duties, competencies, and its local and international roles, as well as a review of key human rights topics and main concepts. The visit also featured an introductory tour of the Institution's facilities and the media center where human rights activities are held.

During the interactive session with the students, H.E. Maqsoud Kruse, Chairperson of the NHRI, highlighted the role of the Institution in promoting and protecting human rights through its various functions. He also informed them about the importance of the Institution’s work in the international framework through international relations and the exchange of expertise in human rights fields, its working mechanisms, and its cooperation with relevant local and international institutions. Additionally, the students learned about the tasks and practices carried out by the Institution's staff in various technical and administrative specializations, showcasing the staff's roles in performing human rights work according to the highest professional standards in the field of human rights.
