Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Noman is one of the leading figures in the field of human rights in the United Arab Emirates, and has extensive practical experience in leading social institutions and human rights organizations, and is a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the “Rubu Qarn Foundation”.
Al Noman holds a doctorate in private law, a master's degree in police and crisis management, and a bachelor's degree in police science law. His record is replete with many societal activities, as he is a former member of the Boards of the Sports Authority and the Olympic Committee, a former president of the Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club, a former member of the Sharjah Sports Clubs Excellence Program Committee, a former Secretary-General of the Sharjah Sports Council, and a member of the School Federation Council.
